Hierarchy Bridge Officer

Is this BO still available? I never got him when I did the Delta Quadrant storyline or upon replaying the episode "Alliances". I can't seem to find any mention of the officer being removed and the wiki has no information on it either. I played through the expansion right after the release and don't remember the officer being a reward (automatic or otherwise, no boxes to open) and I still have 3 open BO slots on my roster (got the Kobali officer on the anniversary event just fine).

    I got him when I completed the mission with my Delta recruit earlier this month, so I'm pretty sure he's still available.

    Note that the Hierarchy Boff is a one time reward. You can't get him by replaying 'Alliances'.

    So if you have neither the Box he comes in (check for overflow bag), nor is the Boff in your candidate or active list and you have already played through 'Alliances', as you say, you're screwed.
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    Well that answered that question I had. Oh well, guess no potato for my characters.
