What?
Did you think the war was going to go on "forever"? Of course there'll be a thrilling conclusion! Just like the end of the Klingon-Federation War and the War Against the Voth!
The Voth war ended? I just made a giant hole in one of their fortress ships!
I have an idea for what Season 11 should be; Season 11: The Big Bug Fix.
I have not been able to read my bug tickets in over a year, not even the tickets about not being able to see my tickets.
I find the drama of your signature proof of your immaturity, this means you, DR whiners.
1. Are there plans to implement phasing tech across the board to make the game more alive and immersive? The way Guild Wars 2, World of Warcraft, and Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa did it? (Definitely not LotRO's implementation.)
You don't have to credit me for that question. But do name yourself in any video (@handle -- spell it out if need be), and I might send you a gift if they answer it. We'll see.

Wow. Just WOW.
that or there teaming up with the other star trek game
What! Why? Shouldn't we have Laughing Trendy our STO Community Manager doing this?
Especially as the livestream with Aron Eisenberg was handled so well too - why give us someone we've never heard of?
I also think that people will see and hear CBS and try asking about licensing, future TV series etc that Holly will not and cannot answer!
I vote for Trendy to do this!!
yes this is sarcasm

No doubt. Dominion won't pass something like this up.
Dat hate!
Because Florida. Need I say more? XD And what do you mean, "you people"? /glares ;P
So CBS has officially given up on Star Trek Online and will be revealing details about an entirely new game? Will this be about STO 2? Or will this new game have a completely different name?
Yep, I think she's the brain behind the direction the Star Trek Litverse is going, with her counterpart in Pocket Books as her partner, if I'm not mistaken, Trekkers

Get off the hateraid!
XP
Actually, I think it's a matter of logistics. the devs live in California, it's a lot easier to get to LV than Orlando.

Maybe the Cryptic road hockey team will go against the new Los Vegas hockey team, to see who gets the rights to STO?
Don't make me say the dreaded words: "Pics or it didn't happen!"

The past two years I've posted them for people to see on the forums as well.
This year will be no different.
Why? CBS owns everything "Star Trek", and from what I remember from the interviews during the development of STO (even before it was transferred to Cryptic), CBS did say they're going to give a special attention to STO. It was a few years after that it made sense, because it will be the last "Primeverse" content we'll ever have with CBS "guidance" -- since the Litverse technically have free reign now because all canon ended.
In a way, we can consider STO as "almost-canon" since CBS is "guiding" it. I'm glad with it, as a Trekker. Not to mention, the Litverse is also going great even without CBS direct guidance.
MMOGs for franchises are taken seriously, no one cares for other types of games and books usually, but when it comes to MMOGs, it's gold. Look how many potential titles that can be turned into an MMO that are not yet an MMO. And those that failed, some rebooted too
But of course, I could be wrong with how much involvement CBS have with STO.
(aside: Cryptic, "Highlander" MMO please!)
