KDF Command FDCs - No Windows when Klinzhai Nacelle option is used

For the KDF Command FDCs, when using the Klinzhai Nacelle option at the ship tailor, no windows are available, and if you had windows selected before, they disappear. Even the window pulldown menu goes away. This issue has been around since the Command FDCs were released months ago.
