What is the R.R.W. Cretak and why does it serve the Star Empire?

in The Art of Star Trek Online
Three times now (the space battle at the end of "Installation 18", the escape from Agrama in "Empress Sela" and the battle of Vulcan also in "Empress Sela") the game has, instead of spawning a normal "D'deridex" spawned a D'Deridex-class warbird that is classified as 'Romulan Star Empire', but has a R.R.W. prefix and a name; "R.R.W. Cretak"... did someone on the art team slip up and it's supposed to be 'I.R.W. Cretak' or is this a Republic warbird appearing in Star Empire groups or what?

    Maybe they're using a T6 D'Deridex that won't allow it to use the I.R.W. prefix? >:)

    The thing is, this really reminds me of when the U.S.S. Rhode Island and the KDF 'crafting' officer (name eludes me, the guy we had to speak to during the Crafting Revamp event to recieve the special Tech Upgrades...) were added to the game, besides the places they were supposed to appear (missions and Qo'nos), they started popping up randomly in mobs that were supposed to contain Science Vessel Refits or KDF Swordmasters... it seems like what this "R.R.W. Cretak" is doing now is almost the same thing, but to the best of my knowledge there's no R.R.W. Cretak appearing anywhere else in the game besides randomly in mobs and that still wouldn't explain the whole RSE/RRW issue...

    The R.R.W. Cretak has shown up in every Romulan related PvE I've been in for the last two days. Essentially, any D'Deridex-class is the R.R.W. Cretak now, at least for me.

    The warbird is named for Deihu Kimara t'Cretak. Based on her history, an Imperial Warbird named for her seems rather unlikely, so it should not appear as an RSE vessel.
