Year of Hell Lockbox Temporal Investigator Title - Not Retrievable.

I've just completed all 10 "Year of Hell" Lockbox Temporal Investigation missions, I got the Accolade, couldn't find the title, and found this in the logs section... I've opened the Lobi store both from double clicking a crystal, and visiting the consortium on Drozana Station. There is nothing listed under the devices tab in the Lobi Store. Anyone aware of this or having the same problem?

We had to temporarily disable the "Devices" Tab of the Lobi Store, due to a data error. It will return after our next downtime, at which point your reward will be there waiting for you!
