Okay, one pack replaced by another. The Romulans are no longer classified as refugees en masse, which is good. However, there are two things of which I should touch on. For one, there needs to be some factionally based "trade ship" of some sort, unless the Iconian War has reached such a desperate point, that all capital not directed towards making guns and starships, has gone out the window. The other thing is what would replace the Survivor pack. The thing that I am thinking of, are Romulan and Reman Colonial DOffs. This makes sense, to me at least, as the RR would have taken in all of the refugees from the Murder, and it's aftermath, that it would begin to expand it's colonies out to former Imperial territory not disputed with the UFP or the Klingon Empire. Just saying.

I'd support an RR Colonial DOFF pack, or something like it.

Agreed. And while you're at it, put some proper Reman miners in it (a glaring omission, IMO).

I wonder if you have both Reactive Repair Nanites and Scamble Fighters, does the healing triggered by hitting the launch button, trigger the Reactive Repair Nanites to heal your fighters for a percentage of what you just healed them?

Also a well timed use of scramble fighters could save your fighters from FAW or a blast from an Undine Planet Killer or other massive high damage attack.

I also wonder how high is the damage boost.

Combining Reactive Repair Nanites, Scramble Fighters, and the Upcoming T6 Escort Carrier Trait that grants fighters BO or CRF will be interesting.

I was thinking RR equivalents to Fed and KDF Colonials, but that would be nice too.

If the Romulan Survivor DOff Pack is going to be retired, could we get one last chance to purchase it before it's gone? It's not in the C-store atm, unless I've missed it somewhere. I also think it would have sold more if it were not offered only occasionally (in fact, I'm certain it would have, because I have looked for it several times wanting to buy several, when it was not available).
Yeah, it's bothersome because it had 3 races, Acamarians you only get that way, and Imperial Romulans and Remans are very limited. The powers of most of them are easily available, but only Suliban, which Cell ship owners can recruit via doffing. (This is the true value of the Cell ship.)

There are still lots of rom doff packs on the exchange guys.

I don't buy stuff on the exchange. I sell stuff on the exchange. If I want something, I buy in the C-store or the Lobi Consortium. I might make an exception for the Krenim dreadnought (if any ever get posted to the exchange at a semi-sane price), but that's only a possibility.

But this was just bad business (and, frankly, rather offensive), to tell us, after having the thing available only intermittently, that it was going to go away, and not give us one more chance to buy it before it was gone, and to replace it with a DOff pack that doesn't have any RRF DOffs. I had bought Zen specifically for the purpose of buying Rom DOff packs and Master Keys for my own use, and then there were still no Rom DOff packs. Of course I still had the Zen, but it seems like yet another example of the RRF being treated as third class citizens, and the only reason I bought any Delta Alliance DOff packs was because of the current Krenim dreadnought promo. The majority of the DOffs I got from the Delta Alliance DOff packs are going to be fed to my fleets or reassigned to get RRF DOffs from the console in NRC. I have no desire or need for them, and regard them as akin to lemon juice poured into a paper cut. :#

Edit: And no, I wasn't hoping to get an SCS by buying Romulan DOff packs, since I already have one.
