Getting un-banned!

I hope that I got this right and that I'm posting this copy of an E-mail I sent earlier this year (i.e., 4th of April) in the right place...

Dear "Perfect World" and "Cryptic" Tech Support Team officials,

Greetings from Romania, first of all! In order to retain your attention for as little as possible, allow me to present my case in just 3 points.

1.) For the love of "Star Trek"-inspired/-based games, I signed-up with Perfect World's "Star Trek Online" too, namely back in February, 2013. I do not remember the exact date. I have 2 accounts with STO for which I can give you my sign-up nicknames: thetraveler8230 and thetraveler8231; the first, it's my niece's, while the second, is mine.

2.) At one point (in 2014, I think), I tried to post a couple of images on the STO-related Forums, which depicted... insufficiently dressed STO characters due to the game's own glitches or, quite possibly, due to my own laptop's graphic card; I don't know for certain; now, I don't have this sort of technical issues anymore, thanks to a more powerful laptop.

3.) As a consequence to this attempt of mine at a joke, I got... permanently banned by you because you interpreted my posts as distribution of pornographic imagery(?!!), which is nothing farther from the truth. And I remained as such ever since.

Now, dear officials, please, do lift my ban from the Forums. If not for me, do it for my 9 1/2 years-old niece, Irini-Serena, who's STO in-game characters are almost all of them named after her; characters with which she plays the missions for over... 3 years now. She's crazy about "Star Trek"!

N.B. Please, please, PLEASE make this terrible misunderstanding go away, so that my 10 years-old niece could use the Forums, too! I mean, she does know how to read in English now, and... it would be kinda disrupting for her to find that I got her Forum rights blocked due to a permanent ban... because of something *I* have done, by mistake.

Silviu, I'd rather delete the copy of your mail. It could be considered a violation of the forum rules, and only worsen your problems.

You should take that issue with the customer service, not on the forum. Mail them again, if you didn't get a response since April. The forum will not help you, for it cannot.​​

The thing is that that's MY E-mail for I didn't receive any reply to it from the Customer Service, and secondly, previous year, when I actually... communicated with them, I only got that robot-wised type of an answer: "We are sorry, but you are permanently banned from our Forums due to (...)". O.o So, what *other* choice do I have? If I send them this by E-mail,... I get nothing. And I do NOT think that they'll go that far, namely into deleting my accounts! I mean, I've been with them for over 2 1/2 years!

Anyway...
