Radiant Subatomic Field SFX, it's way too deafeningly loud!

The three part bonus power of the Iconian resistance ground gear is insanely loud, it literally screams in a shrill pitch when activated in a team (It gets way louder the more players or boffs it applies to)! It's like 10x louder than any sound in the game, it's deafening if you have the misfortune of having headphones on! This sound effect could use some adjustment AND perhaps a new sound altogether.
