Need advice on Recluse.

First thing i want to ask is: is Recluse still "best" healer ship in game? Are there any T6 ships that perform better as healer ships, both in pve and (mainly) pvp?
And with all new abilities and equipment avalaible now, what would you think would be the best way to fit Recluse? I apriciate any advice or maybe some good healer build.
