Klingon Tailor Accident? Stealth Tweak?

Just noticed after logging in today, that the Klingon colour palette has had a "tweak? Seems that several colours have had their Brightness/Luminance increased, most noticeably (for me at least) Red and Yellow/Gold.

Lot's of Klingon NPC's on Qo'noS now wearing RED or with RED accessories ... Or is it just me?

    Klingon munitions officers are having a convention I'd say.
