Holographic Bridge Officer

Can the Holographic Bridge Officer, (and all photonics), please be given access to the "Mobile Emitter" Object that Attaches to the Arm? Its was created for the Doctor, so I know it should be available as an "Arm Attach" Object Somwhere.

I noticed when Setting up my Emergency Holographic Kurland Today, that he doesn't have his Mobile Emitter. He's Stuck on my Ship, and he would really like some shore leave.

I thought you can see their mobile emitter when they are defeated, /shrug
