Looking for a Fleet to run some STFs during the Day (8AM-5pm EST [Eastern Standard Time])

I am looking for a fleet that runs multiple STF runs during the day, (8AM-5pm EST [Eastern Standard Time]). My evening time not available for runs, therefore I rely on daytime runs for marks and Dilithium.

I enjoy participating in STF runs, I research STFs before I participate in them. I practice extensively on Advanced runs before venturing into Elites.

I have reached a point where my current fleet is a ghost town, so I am forced to look outside pre-made runs, I try the PublicSTF and EliteSTF channels, but there are days and times that this channel too is empty and quiet (especially with events such as the Summer Event). I have had some luck with PUGs, but PUGs are too inconsistent.

I will state, my builds are not optimal, I am not some DPS machine that gets 30k damage on a run, but I carry my weight. I work on traits and gear for them. I do work on upgrading my gear I use to Mk XIV. If someone has a suggestion, I listen and adapt.

Allow me to extend an invite to you to the Deltas, a group of three fleets including:
- Delta Task Force (FED)
- Delta Strike Force (KDF)
- Delta Recon Force (FED)

We're a casual, layed back group of people who enjoy STO as a game, not as a job. Real life is a concept we fully understand, and basically, as long as you show up at least once every three months, you'll remain a part of our fleets. Although we are casually orientated, we do have a vast amount of knowledge to share. I myself am looking at almost 3,5 years ingame, my co-leader is around 3 years and many more with years of experience. And we did learn a lot, capable of space DPS, support, tanking, anything, as well as a large variety of ground builds.

As for holdings, the Task Force, which is our oldest and most advanced fleet, is going to start the T5 upgrades halfway in July, with the other two fleets around T3 base and T2 other holdings.

We have our own TeamSpeak server, as well as dedicated ingame channels for interfleet communication, preparing for teamed missions, and having a lot of fun.

As for time zones, we got a lot of people both active in European and American zones. I myself am from the European side.
