Experienced, mature player looking for large & active fleet

Well “mature” might be a bit kind, at 58 I'm probably one of the older players in STO ;-)
I've been gaming since the Commodore 64 days in the 80's. As a kid I watched TOS when the shows first aired. I can still remember how cool I thought it was when I saw my 1st color TV :-)

I've really enjoyed STO the past couple of years and am currently on my 2nd fleet. However this fleet has had some major members drop out and it's getting difficult to put together a 5 person STF. I'm on the EliteSTF and PubEliteSTF channels but those are not as active as they used to be. And Pub matches are driving me crazy with the players that have no clue and no business being in an advanced difficulty match.

Here's what I'm looking for and what I have to offer:

-an active fleet that does a lot of Space STF's (I'm not crazy about Ground missions but I have good equipment for it).

-most players are on voice chat, something like Teamspeak or Ventrillio.

-Geographically diverse group since I tend to play anywhere from 9am to midnight Eastern USA time.

-hopefully someone older than me so I'm not the “old man” of the fleet (not holding my breath on this one)

What I can offer:

-Over 10 Captains spread between both factions. I have level 60 Captains in Tactical, Engineering, and Science on both sides. I'm comfortable “turning and burning” in my Fleet Phantom pumping out 20K DPS or Tanking with my Engineer doing 14K DPS or doing the “Harry Potter” magic science stuff with my Science Captain.

-a team player. I've been a professional pilot for 35 years working with flight crews as large as 10 people so I know the value of being a team player.

-big Fleet Projects Contributor. I like Starbase building.
