I'm completely new to this and seem to be stuck on Space chase mission , and i don't really know what to do or how to get help ?

In general, you can press "V" and it should point to where you should go next. If not, read the objectives in the mission tracker. If you're completely stuck, here's the mission outline.

Actually destroying the ship im completely out gunned .

Use your cloak to get behind the enemy ship, you do more damage when flanking a ship. Load high yield torpedo, make sure weapon power is set to 100, by default your power levels are all set to 50. Open fire when around 8-6 km, wait for shield facing to fall and fire photon torpedo. You can also set your heavy cannon and turret to auto fire by right clicking on them in the ui, they will have a green outline, then you fire once and they keep firing. Assuming you haven't gotten past the mission that is.

Yes, just as murmurhem187 said, you have a cloak available to you so use it. If at any time you feel you are outgunned and close to dying, use "evasive maneuvers" to run away and at >10 km, cloak and give yourself some breathing room. Heal up, and get back into the fight.

If you're a Bird of Prey, you can cloak while at red alert but you must be careful as this instantly drops your shields so use it wisely. As any other ship, you can only cloak when you are no longer on red alert, which is why evasive maneuvers comes in handy to get away from any ships targeting you.

Once you decloak, you have a few seconds of extra weapon damage so plan ahead. Activate any weapon enhancing abilities in advance before you decloak and start firing. This is your greatest advantage in a Klingon ship.

You are a Klingon. Any day is a good day to die but true warriors know when to retreat to fight another day. Good luck!

outside of tactics to defeat the enemy you may have another problem. the game itself does not really help players out in this regards either. But you already have a few missions under your belt and have acquired some loot gear . you need to maximize the damage you can output to do this make sure that all your weapons and tactical consoles match up to the same energy type.

so have like one DISRUPTOR dual beam bank, a PHASER beam array and a plasma Turret . with a disruptor induction coil console is BAD.... the console is only helping one of the weapons . but if all the weapons were disruptor they would all benefit ...

and you don't have to choose disruptor as your energy weapon preferred Flavor just as kdf you will more access to it at early lvls . and are even given decent disruptor Induction coils as mission rewards.
