You have to escort a sanctioned Starfleet unit to Starbase 77.
The USS Berlin are good stuff, only too incline to twist orders in a way Admiral Quinn does not like. At all. Try to assure Captain McLane and his crew arrive there without any problems.

Single player mission, Fed sided, level +35

30 minutes long mission, some ground and space combat.
