Executive Star Solutions is a perfect fleet for lone wolves/solo players.
I started it back when STO first came out, but never intended to do much with it socially-speaking. It's just me and less than a handful of friends (who haven't played in a couple of years). I'm on at least once a day, doing various Fleet'y things, and building the holdings up mostly out of my own completionist desires to max it out.
It's got:
I don't particularly care if you're a PVPer, RPer, Quintuple-gendered Transpacial Alienkin, lawyer, or whatever. All are welcome.

- A Tier 2 Starbase with all but the dancefloor and the stupid tribbles.
- A Tier 1 Dilithium Mine that's halfway to Tier 2.
- Some other stuff I've unlocked but don't really use.
- An expertly apathetic leader who doesn't need you to do anything other than dump however many Fleet Marks you want in to Fleet projects..
- No need to donate dilithium or buy duty officers. Though I won't stop you from doing either, I'm a Lifer and I never spend my Zen on anything, so I usually just sell it on the market dump all the dil in to projects.
