    I think you forgot to make your stations hybrid, where can I have engineering powers. And also, even them most rare ships don't have all three specialization seats, sooo.... not going to happen.

    Two final problems. First, I don't think TMP era ships are allowed to be endgame ships. Second, Cmdr + Lt.Cmdr of any one seat is too much these days for whales to want them.

    Not to say that I wouldn't like a 25th century reskin of the Oberth though.
