Delta Recruit Unlocks

Is it no longer possible to collect the account unlock items? I thought once they were unlocked on your account you could always claim them, which I stupidly did not on all my alts before the event was over.

Every single post by Cryptic indicated that once a delta recruit was created they were always a Delta Recruit and had unlimited time to complete all the steps.

I did not check, but I think they only removed the UI beneath the mini map. You should still be able to access the recruit window through the item in your inventory if you right-click it and press use.

This does work...I accessed the Delta Recruit menu using it, yesterday.

Double click on the Tesseract Device in your inventory.
This is the name of the device your future self handed to you during the tutorial.
