How do you get the Risa kits and consoles?

Ok am I missing something? I hear all about Risa hurricane and other kits
in the Risa rewards blurb. So I have gone to ever vendor on Risa trying to find them to no avail. Where are they?

from the store tab in your UI or at the NPC on deck near the resort beam in point.

1000 favors for the kits.

consoles are off the ships... claim it and remove consoles and discharge. if you cant claim then you can not get the consoles off the older ships.

Press Ctrl-U and then go to the Reputations tab. Select the Special Events Reputation and from there select the Store tab.

Really do wish that Cryptic would have set up the Reputaion system to have individual venders you had to go to for this sort of purchase.
