Where can i get a pure black cat on risa?

    The black caracal is from the Lobi store (midnight? I think?) along with the white caracal.

    Ferengi Lobi store sells cats for 30 lobi. It is random though. So, exchange is way to get it for certain or you can gamble and get random color from lobi store.

    ^^^Mostly this, though the black one is called Pitch. Or, like other pets, from the exchange but they were about 4 million EC yesterday.

    Edit: And FYI the lobi cost, I think, is 30.

    I was hoping to get one from risa event, any gd cats on risa event?

    Cats aren't from the Risa event. Feather Monkeys, Tropical Birds, and Caracols are.

    Caracals are Eevees.

    It's just Risa only has Water stones and some Icy Rocks for them to spend time around, aside from changing to meet their master's preferences (those that prefer playing with the Eevees during the day, or during the night).

    I swear! One of them used Surf and beat me in a board race! Another only appeared before me at midnight! And I saw one shift into the whiter variation during the day!
