is there a way to know if youve used one of a certain type on a specific character?

    Well, the character who used a token gains twice as much exp from the projects in that rep.
    That's a pretty strong indication.

    Yes,if it says you get 400 or 5000 reputation points for the hourly or daily you have used a token.

    ahh ok got it , forgot they showed the exp in the tiny pic when ya cliked it.
