Cannot play "House Pegh" episode

I have 2 level 50+ federation captains who for some reason have the "House Pegh" featured episode grayed out. What is annoying is I get this system announcement saying "check out the featured episode"

I have not played it with either captain.

    Propably Featured Episodes are not tested on Tribble - so that would be mean you need to have character thats level 60 and got him through all other episodes (or at least from The Iconian War)....
