Character Reputation Level Getting Stuck

I managed to get my character to level 5 in romulan, but could not finish it, now take into consideration I have also finished all but the iconian as well, so I have given him a lot of time, now all the other characters I have, have completed there levels fine and got the rewards, so I reported it to perfect world expecting them to sort it out and this was the reply :-

Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with this Tutorial Mission.

Unfortunately, with being such a new Character, if you get stuck within these first few missions, you may need to re-create your Character. We also advise following the tutorial in the order it was presented and refrain from deviating from any of it until you have finished all the tutorial missions. In addition to that, please let the cinematics (if any) run to the end to ensure that the mission updates correctly.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

sorry cryptic but this is not good enough, I have some programing experience and this is not a hard fix, even if you were to reset the levels so they can be replayed again, that would be something, this say's "I can't be bothered"

at this rate people will leave the game and you just as well turn it off.

rumors are that the game has 8 months left anyway, and with replys like this I can see why.

I'm gonna assume that English is not your primary language because what you seem to be talking about and what the CS response you posted I]pretty sure not supposed to do that btw[/I don't seem to be about remotely the same thing.


Assumptions....

1. You are stuck somehow on the Romulan reputation [post level50] for claiming the T5 reward, and you have already completed the the Omega, Nukara, Undine rep, etc except for the Iconian reputation. In other words not a character stuck in the beginning tutorial.

2. You also have multiple alts who have completed their reputations reward claims just fine. So this may be a Delta recruit character.

What exactly is the problem you are having with the T5 romulan rep claim?....


Have you gone to the underground ruins?

Did you select the "Speak with D'Tan" option before beaming back to the surface after defeating the Tholian forces?

You can only access the underground ruins mission 1x per day so if you forget to do the interact you are locked out for a day before you can do it again.

get used too it . that used to be a big KDF problem. maybe still is i havent made many new toons for a few years now. but back in the day the only fix unless you want a wasted slot that will never be fixed is to kill that toon and start it over. not saying that i could not be fixed just they are not going to do it.

i have bought and paid for with real money for extra costume slots that have not worked for well over 2 years now and still no fix or even them saying sorry. its completely ignored.

if you notice I have taken the persons name out of the reply, and sorry I thought that people would recognise that I was talking about the rep system, I have put another request in clarifying issue will let all know if resolved or not!

we have a bug, and we are not going to do anything about it.

we are sorry but we can not help you with your character.

you need to delete your character and start again.

yes you have got the iconian special items from the bonus and you will loose them and we will not give them back to you.

no we will not help you in anyway, "and thanks for you patience and have a nice day"

glad perfect world are not doctors or we would be dead because they can't be bothered!
