Get to Risa by setting course for Alpha Quadrant?

Time to flog that particular dead targ some more. So I'm in the New Romulus command center, and I talk to the Risian visitor. When I ask her "How do I get to Risa?", she says this:

Once you leave New Romulus, set a course for the Alpha Quadrant. Once you're there, you can travel to Risa.

Once I'm there, as in I'm in the Alpha Quadrant??? I don't get the impression she saying you set course for the Alpha Quadrant and before you get there is Risa.

So either she's on something she smuggled from Risa into the command center, or like everybody else she assumes Risa like Sol are in the Alpha Quadrant.

I wish they would put Sol in the Alpha Quadrant. Until this recent revison of the galaxy map, those of us who play RRF or KDF exclusively or primarily were seldom exposed to the idiocy on ESD. Now it has spilled over into Beta Quadrant zone chat. Ugh.

Technically speaking Risa should be in the Alpha Quadrant as Memory-Alpha lists Risians as an Alpha Quadrant species. I'm sure the game has it in the Beta Quadrant for the same reason they have Sol there: Gameplay. I believe the Beta Quadrant gets the most traffic so they placed it in a relatively easy to access area. Still, if they're going to place it in the Beta Quadrant then dialog should tell people that's where it is.

Well to be fair, I guess it's a little open to interpretation, and being a little bit "forgiving". Risa is pretty close to the Beta/Alpha border so I guess you can interpret it as "Fly towards the Alpha Quadrant, but not actually into the Alpha quadrant" and you find Risa.

@protogoth you actually have "zone" chat visible??? eewww. First thing I do on any toon in any MMO is turn off zone/local chat! Every MMO is the same, so it's not Cryptic's or STO's fault.
