Captain Kagren Uniform?

Does anyone know the uniform that Captain Kagren is wearing in Blood of Ancients?

I want to revive my KDF character, including a new uniform...

    I think it's the intelligence uniform mixed with 200-day (or LTS?) veteran shoulders, but I might be mistaken.
