Preserver Resonant Tech + Counter Command Ordnance on Fleet Mat'Ha?

I've been flying the Fleet Mat'Ha with Counter Command and Counter Assault sets and so far have acquired 2 pieces of the preserver set (The console and the Disruptor DHCs), I'm wondering if there is an optimum way to way to get the two sets to synergise, and whether the trans. torp is worth the effort.

I'm running a mainly disruptor setup, I've got the CC turret and photorp aft and a mixture of DBBs and DHCs fore.

My concerns are that to use the tac console I'll obviously have to remove one of the vul. exploiters (I'll have to replace the other), which would leave me with 3 vul. locators + the tac consoles from both sets. Would the set bonuses offset the disadvantage of having to whip out a bio-molecular DHC w. CrtDx2 and replacing with the resonant transphasic launcher (or mounting the trans. aft and sticking the BM Photorp fore instead)?

I'm also using the heavy disruptor nose cannon, I'm positive I can work that into the mix somehow too.

The only thing the 2 weapon sets synergize on is strengthening Disruptor damage. Because the CC set does Disruptor, Photon. The Preserver Resonant? Here. It goes for Disruptor, Transphasic.

Too much splitting priorities past Disruptors for both sets, not to mention TAC Console space will be used up.

Personally, if you've got a Bio-Molecular / CC Set going already, I would not switch at all. Not even stuffing in the Resonant DHC replacing a regular BM DHC. Because the CC Set will increase that BM DHC's Disruptor and Radiation damage proc.

If you went all-in for Bio-Molecular, everything about the set increases what you're doing, even the normal BM weapons. The Resonant set does not mesh well with anything outside the +Disruptor stuff.

I would not sacrifice even a rear slot of the Matha Raptor for a rear torp you've got no intention to really use other than Set Bonus purposes. That rear torp isn't firing and that's a weapon slot not supplementing your firepower.
