I have been testing/replaying some Foundry Missions in a team and when we do map transitions we end up in seperate instances. I have been able to beam out, and reenter and join the maps, but this has created a lot of dead time.
Please look into this problem.
Programmer friend suggested it might be due to loading time on new map objects?

Yeah, I've seen it happen several times. One option is to turn off patch on demand. this will speed up loading times. But... it often results in a mega-patch the first time you play after you turn it off.
