Much like the Kobali, the forces of the Delta Alliance are going through Hell right now, with the war against the Iconians. Why not give us a uniform that matches?
Enter the Damaged Odyssey Uniform.
I'm talking like, torn jackets, distinctive energy burns... basically like your officers have been through AR-558 a couple of times. After all, we're fighting a brutal and bloody war for the survival of the galaxy.
[10:20] Your Lunge deals 4798 (2580) Physical Damage(Critical) to Tosk of Borg.

No, unless it is done for every uniform variant (Antares, Sierra, Jupiter, etc). That's a huge amount of work though, so I think it is unlikely to happen.
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

'Starfleet is not a military organisation. Its purpose is exploration.' Picard: Peak Performance
'This is clearly a military operation. Is that what we are now? Because I thought we were explorers!' Scotty: Into Darkness

'I'm not a soldier anymore. I'm an engineer.' Miles O'Brien: Empok Nor
'...Starfleet could use you... It's a peacekeeping and humanitarian armada...' Admiral Pike: Star Trek
What about damage skins for uniforms, like ships gets damaged with decreasing health?
I don't see them investing the resources for damaged uniforms, especially since nothing in the game really emphasizes there's some sort of conflict taking place outside of instanced single player missions But I don't oppose more options.
^ Memory Alpha.org is not canon. It's a open wiki with arbitrary rules. Only what can be cited from an episode is. ^

Just some FYI - Captain Kirk had his shirt damage or removed 25 times out of 79 episodes.
Personally, I'd never use this kind of rational to wear damaged clothing. I would like to think the 24th/25th century has finally created more durable materials for clothing and uniforms. But that is just me.
I support this, but not before a damaged TOS uniform! At the very least, release them together as a bundle. I just refuse to accept the most iconic of shirt rippage coming after anything else.

USS Silverburn NX-150996-B
Fleet Tactical Escort Retrofit [T5-U]
good idea.
