Who else (doff) reduces weapon energy drain?

I'm looking at upgrading some doff to reduce weapon energy drain. Apart from old Marion, who else does it?

There are so many doff I've lost track.

Marion is the only DOFF in the entire game that lessens weapons power drain, and even then, it's tied to DEM usage. Off the top of my head, outside Marion DOFF, these are the only things that reduce weapons power drain:

Weapon System Efficiency Cruiser Command

Bounty Hunter's Friend (Lobi Store)

ENG Captain's "Nadion Inversion" ability

I want to say there's 1 more I'm missing but it's not coming to me ATM.

Yeah, that's the one.

There's also the Deuterium-stabilized regular warp cores if you're on a budget with a new character. Those actually have a 15% drain resist compared to Spire Warp Cores with 10%. The Deuterium-stabilized can be crafted, IIRC and if you can't do that, can be attained for cheap on the exchange.
