Rare Meele Weapons with only one modifier

Seems like every meele weapon I come across now is blue but with only one modifier [crth], [dmg] etc.

Is this a bug? Craptic doesn't want people to have [crid] mods so have they changed the drop tables to delete any second mod that is [critd] but forgot to have the table reroll a replacement mod?

These come from the Ferasan Manufacturing DOff mission that's been busted since the item revamp. All of the rare weapons that result have one mod. Very rare only have two. I think uncommon still have one.

Don't think this has been acknowledged by the devs. DOffing across the board is pretty much in a terrible position and the only "fixing" it's seen has pretty much been nerfing it into obsolescence...

At least I can stop slotting Fersan weapons missions.... That saves Fabrication Engineers for R&D assignments...
