The posted end date for the Delta Recruit program is May 21st. I was thinking of rolling another DR, but I probably won't have time to finish all the objectives before then. So, what happens after the 212st? In particular,
- Is it just the weekly events ending?
- Can we still create Delta Recruits after the 21st?
- Can existing Delta Recruits still complete objectives after the 21st?
- Will Delta Recruits get new exclusive content or features in the future?
- Will the Recruit section of the Mission Tracker go away? (please, please)

In seriousness, the blogs said something about existing deltas carrying on as normal and able to claim items. The weekly events end and so to the bonuses to non delta characters. And we can not create new deltas.
So I take that to mean as long as I create a recruit before the downtime on the 21st, I can complete the objective whenever. So, Cryptic, has this been "subject to change"?

The things that are being removed after the event ends:
Delta recruits have a special trait in the trait tab listed at the bottom under 'Other'. This special trait is what gives recruits dilithium for each enemy killed in ground and space combat. It's only available during the event.
The one per week per account tech upgrade you get from completing the new featured episode Blood of the Ancients is no longer going to be available. All equipment rewards are permanent. After the event ends the featured episodes will probably be placed in the Iconian War tab and require level 60 to complete.
And we won't be able to create new recruits after the event.
It's in the dev blog I posted a link to but here's the link again http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/9116343 That paragraph kapla quoted is under "Reward the Account".
Yes, the temporal agents are permanent and it was always stated in the blog.
