Looking for a fleet with an opportunity

I've been in a fleet for a couple of years and it's not bad, but there are very few opportunities to unload marks. Fleet leaders only start special projects which require commodities as well, then fill up the fleet marks and leave the rest. Meanwhile we have a dozen other projects dead in the water. No one ever starts the special project which requires only fleet marks. Although it's annoying that those projects halve the value of your marks, it's better than nothing.

I don't mind contributing other commodities as well, as long as there's some opportunity to get rid of marks. So I'm simply looking for a mature, friendly fleet that's not so stingy about slotting special projects.

Are you Fed or KDF? We have a T-4 fed fleet as you describe and you are welcome to help if you like. You can donate marks, dilithium, xp, doffs and anything you like as we slot projects regularly right as soon they get filled. And you don't have to worry about good ranks as well, if you are helpful you will be well ranked. In fact, we have special projects open right now in the starbase and more on the way.
