Boarding party mission bugged? Can't get to medbay

I played this game with 4 characters; I did this mission already, but I can't find for the love of Q, the entrance to the sickbay to retrieve replacement parts.

The only places where you can go is engineering, beside bridge and brig; there is a door that should open, if I remember correctly, but I can't open it.

Is there a bug introduced recently? Or did I forgot how to get to the med bay?

I play an engineer, this is the first time that I use an engineer, so maybe I never reached medbay playing with the science and tactical?

I restarted the mission too and no luck...I am not sure what else to do

I remember having the same problem. You have to take a turbolift there or something just ask around in a chat channel that isn't zone and you'll probably get your answer. I completely forgot where to go myself sadly otherwise I'd tell you.
