What happens to delta Recruits after May 21

Okay I have read several different post that say what will happen to DR's after May 21 and the bonuses they unlock account wide. Since they all differ, maybe someone in the know, hopefully admin/mod or insider can say what will happen.

I understand that the bonus of dil for killing anything will be gone.
I understand you will not be able to create any new delta recruits
I understand that there will no longer be any weekly task that based on how far on the tier (1-3) we get that the next week will be a week long bonus for not just DR but all accounts.

What I don't know is?
If you DR is not yet earned all the bonus items that only delta recruits can get (for example the gear for every 10 lvls, finding Iconian Artifacts and once you find all 40 you get a special item, getting to lvl 1 and then 5 in Research and Development rewards you, and so on, and then of course the rewards your non-DR get based off of what you DR has achieved (i.e. Lvl 5 in R/D or Find all 40 Iconian Artifacts, etc.)

So if there is someone who knows for sure what will and will not be around after May 21st could post it. Also I noticed that the Temporal Agent his items have a EC of 0 right now, but will that change after May 21?

All the Iconian tech and information will still be there for your delta recruits, the temporal officers are also stying so the account wide unlocks will still be accessible.

Basically the little delta panel you pull your rewards from remains, as do the officers so you can take your time finishing all the unlocks.

So then it is business as usual for DR and all the things related to them finishing the goals in the Delta Recruit Panel and the non-DR's on the account will still get everything and there will be no charge or cost for the non-DR's to claim stuff. Cool if that is true I don't have to worry about rushing to get things done by May 21.

The only things that are supposed to go away come May 21 is the dililthium bonus for killing npcs and being able to create new Delta Recruits.

21st may cryptic come out and say they are retiring Delta Recruits ,31st of may all characters levelled during the event are being rolled back to level 1 as we exploited the system but earning lots of dil and marks without playing PvE and skill points due to unfair bonus against new players creating a toon after the 21st.

The reason this is happening is Cryptic's metrics after the event are showing a drop in new characters being created and therefore less particapation in playing the Feature Episodes. They feel this sends out a negative vibe as they created content which we are not playing due to already before this date earning our stripes.

But don't worry Reputation, Dil,Skill points, Spec points will still be made available as an account wide unlock to all existing characters and any new characters. Although locked firmly behind a repetitive sky high wall of expertise and grind which we already played through

We are also changing expertise from the 21st and renaming it Sertraline this will be reviewed every six months with the possibility of changing to Trazodone or other forms of new expertise every half yearly

You can't create new recruits, the Dil per kill is gone, and the weekly event will be gone.

However if you didn't level up enough to get your time device. You won't be able to do to "Future" parts of the story as you do them.
