What are these Shoulder guards pls? (Romulan toon)

Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the Shoulder Guards are that the "future you" Female Romulan wears in the DR into? Skip forward to ~ 4mins 50 secs to see them.

I see she is wearing an "Intel Long" uniform, but I can't figure out those shoulder guards

Yup. The shoulders and cape are the level 60 Romulan rank insignia, and the long coat is the Romulan Admiral Uniform, a 500 day veteran reward for monthly and lifetime subscribers. If you look closely at the video, it looks like a longer version of one of the default Romulan Republic jackets.

I made a demo last time someone asked. Same costume parts didn't feel like trying to match the color. :P
