can lobi gear be sold on the exchange

is there a way to buy or sell lobi gear other than thought the lobi store
also is the only way to get lobi crystals is with keys and lock boxes
i dont want to play a lottery to get stuff but will buy it

Most Lobi stuff is Bound to Character (bind on pick-up). I think some might be Bound to Account.

Very few items are Bind on Equip.

The only way to earn Lobi is by opening Lockboxes ... or very, very rarely, Cryptic have done "Events" in the past which reward Lobi as well.

It depends on the item. Lobi ships can be bought/sold on the exchange. Many lobi costumes can be bought/sold on the exchange. None of the personal or ship weapons/consoles/armor can be bought or sold on the exchange. So it really does depend on which items you want.

Ground Equipment, Consoles/Weapons (ground & space) from the Lobi Store are Character Bind on Acquire. For instance, my Tachyokinetic Converter, Elachi Torpedo is stuck on the character that purchased it. It doesn't come to you in a box. It plops right in your inventory and automatically character bound.

Lobi Ships aren't bound on acquire but once you open the ship box, it's that character's only. Same thing with costumes.

The rest I never bothered with.
