I would like...

a skill respec vendor that I can use to respec my skill points while I am in my ship in a map.

While on ground or in sector space, I can't trust anything that is under ship stats tab, and I shouldn't have to record the information in excel or screenshot it to know what the true buffed and unbuffed values are when I want to do a respec.
