so as it seems all split beam and high density beam weapons (except antiproton) have slow fire rate but all pulsewave assault, full auto, assault mini-gun (with the exception of specialty weapons), blast assault have the same fire rate within their respective classes. All the split beam and high density beam weapons should have the same fire rate not including special weapons as the antiproton ones so the antiproton beam weapons either gets its fire rate reduced or the other beam weapons get brought up to match the antiproton fire rate.
