So, uh... are we going to be fighting the iconians in this iconian war? Because we're still fighting the Heralds.

So the Dominion War was basically the Jem'Hadar War by that logic.

Except the Vorta, Breen, Cardassians, and Founders also took part in the Dominion War.

Maybe it's just me, but when the only iconians in the game are in cutscenes, it kind of takes the wind out of these "Iconian War" sails.

We're still just fighting their underlings. Despite all the hype to the contrary.

So I still wonder what the big sacrifice will be? I mean the guy dying with Delta Flight was like Jimmy dying in Independence Day where he flew out of formation and got shot up or Biggs getting lasered by Vader.

I also hope to show some conflict between you and the NPC since Klingons are known to take daredevil and often suicidal risks. If you are Romulan or Federation wouldn't you object considering your crew is no doubt along for the ride?

As for the rewards I hope that we get a good gun from this, possibly a faction based rifle like "Night of the Comet"

Romulans get the "24th Century" disruptor featured in ST TNG through VOY

Klingons: Authentic 24th Century pistol or Mekleth

Federation: 24th Century TNG Phaser Rifle.

Here's hoping we get a Bat'leth as a mission reward. (A trophy version would look good in my ready room.)
More specifically, it would have to be the 'anodized' version seen in that image (extra points if one of the rewards is your choice of melee weapons in that style).

And if House Pegh is indeed the Klingons' version of Section 31, it'd be amusing to see the banter between their 'face man' and Drake.

You know what I mean. ;)

Also, the Founders did not do really that much more then the Iconians do now. Pop up from time to time. The whole infiltration stuff was not as big and total as it could have been.

Remember that M'tara and the red Iconian on Mol'Rihan actually appeared on the battlefield and killed stuff personally. That is two Iconians on the first day of the War getting their glowing hands dirty.

I am actually glad we do not shoot back at the Iconians themselves. They are meant to be an order of magnitude beyond the species of the Alliance. Halfway between mortals and Organias I would say.

In cutscenes. Which, I feel is an important distinction. It's different than fighting them as an actual enemy group.

I feel like Ian Malcolm in Jurassic Park waiting to see dinosaurs on this tour, but instead I end up seeing nothing but vegetation.

I just hope "House Pegh" helps put the Iconians into the Iconian War.

    New episode = yay.
    Klingon episode = yay.
Noticing the way the two warriors are holding their bat'leths = ummm, are these really the best we could send on the mission? The higher hand has either passed through the blade (it's THAT sharp) of they are resting the handles/hilts on their wrists. As for the lower hand, what part of the blade is it holding?
Not worried at all about the calibre of the new recruits at all but I am reminded of the line uttered by Alejandro Murrieta character when Don Diego de la Vega asks him if he even knows how to use a sword... "Yes. The pointy end goes into the other man". :D

    Wait, what?

New Klingon content? Surely not! I thought Darth Geko forswore any more Klingon content. And threatened to excommumincate any Dev who even mentioned such blasphemy.

    Looking forward to it.

The Iconians say that our galaxy is forfeit... We may have brought this on ourselves, but it was the Iconians who started this whole thing in the first place. Though, it will be us who will end it. The Iconians may be stronger than us, but we have something that they don't...

Unfortunately, that's an issue of how in-game chars carry bat'leths at the ready. Looks even worse when the char holding it is small.

And yes, YAY! for new Klingon mission. It just better be good.
    Free jkname!
Can we get some more (canon) KDF outfits, an assortment of respectable skirts/dresses, a long jacket (and more clothes in general) that does plain white well, melee weapon and Mk 15 drops, a T6 Nova, and account-wide lockbox/lobi/promo ships & consoles? Oh, and...
Still waitin' on Klingon hairstyles actually worn on TV by a Klingon while we're at it.

What better party popper is there than a Bat'leth?
(Get it? Cause they're sharp. Just like my wit.)

But what good is a sharp wit if not for a silver tongue to use it
each piece a weapon but only a true master can use both.

    All right, FE coming..

House of what? Could we get a pronunciation on that house name... If it sound like what I think it sounds like someone is in trouble.. And considering the puns in this thead all ready, lets call it good and get to the killing!

But wait! Whe must do this with verve, style, pan-ash.. lets see *peers at blog image* Ok, Intel uniforms, tall pointy shoulders, Black with gold/brown trim.. ok, hey.. what them two warrior ladies wearing as belts.. Mercenary set belt? I think so.. could be wrong..

((Oh BTW, who ever made that small but significant change for orion bare leg option to wear boots... Awesome, thank you.. so.. where our female TOS skirt and tall boots KDF side...boots with heels..tall heels if your going to do it right....))

We're about due for some new melee weapons... waiting to see the KDF belt knife appear..

The Empire has I.I. A Klingon Section 31 would be a duplication of effort. I'm thinking this mysterious house is/was an initiative by Worf and the Khalass. I just replayed the Feklar arc... There was some unanswered questions there... And it stinks of Iconian influence... If we find a connection between the Iconians and the Huq I would be at all surprised. The Iconians have been dabbling in the affairs of the Alpha and Beta quadrants apparently for some time. The most apparent long range goal is reclaiming their ancient homeworld here in the Alpha Quadrant and reclaiming it. The amount of space fleet you can stuff into a dyson sphere should certainly ensure local security. They've got their heart (?) set on it, and the activities so far have certainly a certain perverse elegeance. Hobus certainly cleared out the local empire quite nicely. Manipulation the situation between the Borg, and the Undine. I would even a bunch of brick heads like the Collective might find its self more then a tad irritated at the Iconians.

Well, we will find out more of the story in a few days.

The Iconians have arrived. Their armies are now marching across space and what resistance the Starfleet-KDF-Romulan Republic Alliance can muster has only slowed them.

We're excited to announce our next Featured Episode! Learn more about it in in our blog here.

    ~LaughingTrendy

How about before you shell out money to pay washed up actors to do voices and interviews, fixing all the game bugs and login issues? I understand you people in the pr/propaganda ministry are not the ones @ fault, and you're overwhelmed by the plethora of customers who not only want your product fixed, but also have a long wishlist of things they'd like added to the game.
But I've been here, playing and spending money, almost 4 years and have had and/or seen the same bugs over and over for that same amount of time and it seems nobody is all that concerned enough to fix anything. I stopped playing (and spending money) for a year because of the same old TRIBBLE not being fixed, and if the product you're selling doesn't get fixed..... I guess I wont be playing because I'll be warning other people on social media and gaming forums to stay away from your defective product and unconcerned management/apathetic code writer.

I am not sure House Pegh is a KDF version of Section 31. They appear to be more a cross faction group of the best warriors committed to victory and putting aside the feudal rivalries of Klingon culture. Is there any canon literature on them?
