Are there Preservers still alive on Raveh II?

SPOILERS BELOW
During the mission 'Cold Case', you land on Raveh II at the end and uncover the last piece of the star map. Now, during 'Blood of the Ancients' you discovered that those tubes hanging from the ceiling were Preserver stasis pods. In the chamber you blast open on Raveh II, there are four of those same pods hanging from the ceiling over the star map piece terminal.
Could these be holding the last four Preservers, at least in Deferi space? Who knows if they set up archives in the other quadrants of the Milky Way - perhaps even beyond. There could be another one in the unexplored reaches of the Alpha Quadrant, within the bounds of the Dominion in the Gamma Quadrant, or somewhere far out of the way of Voyager's path through the Delta Quadrant.
