Pilot Maneuver Keybinds?

Has anyone figured out how to keybind the Pilot Maneuvers yet?

Basically, I want to do 4 things:

1. How do I make it so pressing just "w" activates Afterburners?
2. How do I make it so pressing just "a" activates Roll Left?
3. How do I make it so pressing just "d" activates Roll Right?
4. How do I make it so pressing just "s" activates Retrorockets?

According to the dev blog, "Under Keybinds you can bind a key that, when pressed, will allow you to perform a Pilot Maneuver with a single directional key press." I take this to mean you can set it so Shift+<directional key> will activate the maneuver. However, I want to take the Shift+ out of the bind so I only need 1 key. Does anyone know how to do this?

Did you try using just the up, down, left and right arrow keys? Perhaps the ones on your numpad?

It took a few hours, but I finally figured it out. If you want just a single button to activate your pilot maneuvers, use something like this:

w "+roll $$ +invertibleup"
a "+roll $$ +left"
s "+roll $$ +invertibledown"
d "+roll $$ +right"
