Nausicaan Fleet Anyone?

I am looking for a Nausicaan fleet. Alternatively, I want to start one. I am thinking the general idea is that the fleet will be a clan. Pirate characters are welcome since that is the general feel of Nausicaans, but I don't want to join a fleet just for pirates.
I am interested in role playing and PvE. In particular, I would like to give depth to the Nausicaan culture and come up with our own answers about their biology, eating habits, fighting styles, clan structure etc.
Starting a Nausican sub fleet within the Order of the Watchmen is another likely alternative.
