Plasma-Hybrid Disruptors Not Upgradeable?

I did a replay (Klingon War/Past Imperfect) to get a Plasma-Hybrid Disruptor wep. I noticed it was Mk XI, so I went to try and upgrade it, but there is no option to. An undersight, or intentional?

    Yeah, there's a few things that can't be upgraded in the game. Off the top of my head, the stealth armour and Hirogen blast rifle from "Alpha" can't be either.

    Don't know about those in particular but I know the Romulan Plasma weapons (Plasma with Disruptor proc) are upgradeable.

    Maybe it's just an oversight, or maybe intentional,... I dunno.

    beam or cannon?

    it is possible to upgrade the beam

    Can't upgrade the cannon. I wanted to do this for my Rommie. :mad:

    They're working on it and should be upgradable by Thursday.
