    Every time I have problems logging on, it takes hours to log back in again

    Well, the good news is that you have already taken the first step toward resolving your problem.

    You have started a thread ranting about your problem, giving no details at all for anyone to use to help you, and provided absolutely no information or made any attempt to seek a resolution.

    You're doing great so far, now it's just a matter of sitting back and waiting for whatever deity you believe in to use his or her magic to just make the problem go away.
