Pilot Ability (Limited Use)

I did the mission Delta Flight and got the Boff train up for Piloting. I was hoping this was a general use ability (for all ships), but was old differently when I saw THIS.

I know these specializations are intended to be selling points for new ships (i.e. Intel and Command ships) and there eventually will be Pilot seating ships, but this is one ability that should be supported by all end-game ships after doing upgrade.

Yeah, it's kind of bogus that we have Pilot BOff powers and junk in-game now, and no clue as to when the actual ships that can use those powers will show up.

Give it a few more weeks, you should have a pilot three pack. Once for each class or one for each faction in some form of pack. Sort of what they did with the Command and Epic bundle packs. Command abilities were out for almost a month before any ship was. Right now the only ship using Pilot abilities is the New Xindi Heavy Escort. It is a fun ship, but most people dont understand how to use Command Ships.
