Foundry missions unavailable?

I am sorry if this has been addressed already but I couldn't find any recent answers... I can't seem to get a list of foundry missions.

Is there a problem with foundry missions since the last patch?

    The Foundry is basically down after every new Season Lauch ...
    Patch Notes : Resolved an Issue, where people would accidently experience Fun.

    So, there is a problem.. thanks for the reply.

    I was hoping to make use of bonus weekend by doing "Investigate reports.." on some of my chars. :/

    Based on the most recent Patch Notes the Foundry is available for playing - though you cannot edit existing Missions or make new ones. I have not been in the game to verify this, though.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    The patch notes are wrong. I looked for a Foundry mission both in the tab and it some of the places I remember as entry points, no luck. The missions are not available for play.
