Telekinesis question.

I noticed after wearing physical augmentation armor that my Telekinesis damage went up a couple points of damage, but I was curious if wearing Counter Command Exo-Armor would result in the sdame effect, only instead of adding 10% more physical damage, the suit would add 30% more. That rep armor adds 30% more to physical damage, and Telekinesis is categorized as physical damage, so I would assume it adds the damage to Telekinesis, but I am curious if anyone has ever confirmed this. Thanks!
