fleet phantom Bug

I build a fleet phantom today. I notice there are no heavy Phaser lance and Expose vulnerability
(defence, weapon and critical) system

    I haven't purchased the Fleet version of this ship yet but the Heavy Phaser Lance is a console that only comes with the C-Store version of the ship.

    Fleet Versions of any ship at T5 or T6 do not come with special consoles or traits. All you get is the Fleet ship, nothing more.

    The Fleet Version does not have the Phaser Lance Console.

    The Fleet Version also does not have the Star Ship Trait 'Reciprocity.' Those things are specific to the C-Store Version.

    The Fleet version of the Phantom should however, have the Gather Intel Abilities. I checked on my Fleet Phantom and even with the Phaser Consoles unequipped, the Gather Intel Abilities are there, so it's not tied to the console.

    Can you map the Gather Intel Abilities to your tray? Maybe the 'special ship tray' is just missing? If you don't have them at all, I would submit a ticket because they're definitely supposed to be there.
