Where do you, or who do you, hand in the mission too? Is it within the instance?

The first Belfast was commanded by Captain Ve'Kal Shon until its destruction in 2409. A new ship was commissioned bearing the same name and registry as special dispensation to then newly promoted Captain Edward XIII for his pivotal role during the renewed Dominion War.

    You turn it in at the same person you pick it up at

    So, once you complete the mission you have to report it in from the same area you complete it in. Once you complete it there should be an immediate option to send in report.

    Oh... so I have to return to the instance and hand it in there? Got it. If I misunderstood let me know.

    However, I have since exited the Mountain Pass area, and am unable to return to it. I cannot submit the recording. I cannot drop the mission to pick it back up. Any suggestions?

    Wait out the 20h cooldown and do the mission again. The Mountain pass instance mission that is.
