We're adjusting the proc to remove only one buff at a time, and reducing its damage slightly.

Will this apply to the buff with the shortest or longest duration remaining? Will it apply to activated buffs from our captain, consoles and bridge officers only or to passively activated buffs as well like stacks of damage resistance buffs added whilst under fire with a fleet or aegis shield equipped.
If it applies to stacked buffs will it remove the whole stack or just one charge?

I knew using Kinetics would be playing the game on hard mode, but what I didn't realize was how bad the deck is stacked against Kinetics.
